"I ran up on a curb and blew out a tire. Roadside assistance showed up within a few minutes and got me back on the road. A week later I let my battery run down. Again roadside assistance got me going again. Excellence service! Hopefully I'll be kinder to my car from now on. I had a minor accident, and State Farm was right there for me."

"The people at this company do not help you! Parkhurst gave me a quote, got his commision and never bothered to answer his phone again. I have been with them for just a few months, about 4 and since then, my car insurance bill went from the first month $180 to $230 the next two months then shot up $200 more. I have my proof of everything on these people as much as they want to sit there and lie. This has been common among them from what I heard from others. They will come back and lie about the quote they gave you hence is why I left them for someone better. My husband and I have not had any issues with our car or tickets and have never paid this much ever in insurance. Our bill has never been the same every month with this agency. Don't use these people. I have never experienced such crap with any insurance agency & don't like to be lied to."

"Shad'e, thank you for your review, however, the statements made are not correct and are not an accurate representation of our office. First and foremost, no one in my office has lied to you. In July, we received a customer completed quote that had been done online. Upon receiving the quote, it indeed was bound by our office with the information we were provided and payment taken. Less than 30 days later, we received information of an additional driver. We added them as requested by the customer. As a result of the new information for the additional driver that was not disclosed previously, it thus led to the rate increasing slightly (not the $50 swing you indicate in your review). You mention your bill jumping another $200. This is not accurate. As I have explained in our emails, this is for the November bill that has not been paid and is being added to the December bill. Regarding the statement about me collecting my commission and never bothering to answer the phone again, we have notes where our team has spoken to you on different occasions regarding your bill or changes that needed to be made. You and I were even emailing back and forth Thanksgiving Day, yesterday and again today (Saturday). To insinuate that I do not care about our customers is not accurate and blatantly false. As a small business owner, customer service and ethical behavior are the pillars that we have built our business and reputation on.
